I was given a driving experience as a gift and actually scheduled it for September but then realized I had inadvertently signed up for an option I really did not want. Shonda provided outstanding customer support and helped me reschedule for 2019. I found she is VERY responsive to emails including when she was out of town at Mid Ohio. I’m sure my actual experience will also be 5 stars.
