My experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the ambiance left much to be desired. The atmosphere lacked warmth and was rather uninviting. Moreover, the prices of the food were exorbitant considering the quality offered. The chicken kebabs, in particular, were overcooked and lacked flavor.

What added to the disappointment was the recommendation from the staff for a chicken combo meant for five people. Despite our initial hesitation, we decided to go with it. However, upon receiving our order, it was evident that the quantity of food served was excessive. We requested to take the leftovers home, only to discover later that the amount provided was significantly less than what we had asked for. This discrepancy left us feeling deceived, as if we had fallen victim to a scam. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was marred by poor ambiance, overpriced and subpar food, and a questionable business practice regarding portion sizes.

Unprofessional and irresponsible staff. My appointment was booked with an unavailable doctor, leaving me and my sick child waiting without notification until I inquired. Despite the error, staff, including Admin - Divya, laughed about it in the next room.

Furthermore, they continued to prioritize other patients who arrived later.
Unpleasant issues like this occur every time I visit the clinic.
