A stereotypically and inoffensively mediocre all you can eat local Chinese Buffet. My family has been here many times; and none of us have ever gotten sick, as far as I know.
The most notable feature is the mongolian grill, where you can get something fried up from a number of uncooked foods they provide. The quality of your food from this depends on how well you know how different foods go together.
The chinese donuts are the best thing on the menu, my mother is addicted to them. I don't know what they do to the fried wedge potatoes, but they taste amazing. That isn't real ice cream. I liked their small dessert layer cakes a lot. They have cool, framed, Chinese figurines on some walls. Fried plantains need to be more common elsewhere. Crab legs are good. BE CAREFUL with the bones in the fried tilapia.
We've never had issues with the staff, as far as I remember.
There is a LOT of people here at peak hours, so watch out!
