Disfrutar's Michelin #2 ranking of top restaurants in the world is well deserved.
The stories and inspirations behind each dish of the €255 28-course set menu were well explained before they were artistically presented by well-trained service staff.
Every dish is a gastromic surprise and delight. The menu captures your imagination and the dishes titillate your taste buds. See pic of the menu attached in this review
I also chose the €125 wine pairing for my meal - see pic of the wine list in this review. There was a variety of alcohol offered that paired brilliantly with the dishes to accentuate the flavours - truffle vodka, aged sake, wines (red/white, mostly from Spain). The sommelier took pains to provide detailed info of each wine served.
My review may not do justice to the meal. Hopefully my pictures do.
