Mic TheXception (Mic X)

The supervisor, along with some case managers are extremely incompetent and/or don't have the tools they need to do a good job so they just tell you whatever and try to pawn you of on someone else. Anette Scott's lack of ability to properly and professionally handle matters within her job description, had me contemplating suicide. I nearly lost my apartment I waited 4 years to get because she failed to communicate. These are lives and our livelihood. I need help, but death is far more organized. Btw I'm disabled. Instead of making the appropriate phone calls, she had me run around. SMH. No one knows what she's talking about. I can't smh
BUT, God bless the good ones. The ones that almost literally give you life and increase the quality of it while decreasing the stress of it all, my heart goes to them. Some of us clients could be,a little to ALOT more, "appropriate" in order to help case managers more efficiently help us.
