That woman on reception which was mentioned below is epic. 2 hours spent with her to simply change adresss, she doesn't understand anything you are saying to her in clear Portuguese and can't act outside of scipt in her own head. She didn't understood why every time she printed document with registration , it was printing out with wrong phone number. She had to read it multiple times , number by number, which clearly indciates she doesn't belong in operational work in public sector. Absolutle shambles!
