We absolutely loved our experience here today. The food was phenomenal! Kids and the adults left nothing it was that delicious.
I only wish I could have taken some photos, but the condiments were great too! You can tell that the ingredients were very good quality. Our service was excellent as well. Jijesh was super friendly,also was attentive and kind. He also gave us some great recommendations on what to order!

Great quality and delicious chips. Always hot and fresh! Packed perfectly to take home. The guy working here was friendly and efficient, the food was cooked well and I wasn't waiting for even 10 minutes. Highly highly recommend them!
I have been a tea drinker for 30+ years and can honestly say TWG Dubai mall has blown me away… this is not only best tea in Dubai, but in the world!

Lovely lady who greeted me at the counter. However, they have no baguettes, which is fine as it’s currently 1pm and most people would have come earlier.

So just by the by, in case the owners of the store do like constructive feedback; many customers overwhelmingly prefer to pay with debit and credit cards. For convenience, ease and just practicality.
Credit card / Contactless technology and processing is essential for a small business to maximize its profitability.
I’ve just walked away not having spent a penny in your shop as you dont have this basic facility. Anyways, wish you the best in your endeavours!

We went for a 5 day staycation to Woburn and went to subtropical paradise on day 5. I do wish I’d known earlier, as it’s great for people who want to use the facilities and also lots of space for people who just want to take photos or sit down and not get in the water (which I didn’t know about until going in).
Also, by the by, it was free! This is actually part of the package unlike all the rest of the activities which you have to pay for.
My three star review is only through comparison with the Longleat Center Parcs. I strongly recommend adding a whirlpool and raising the temperature of the outdoor rapids. If both of these happened I think the pool would be level with the others.
A good choice of slides but nowhere to go for a 'proper' swim, the main pool is too small and aimed more at children.
The wild rapids are a lot of fun but I think the water temperature could be turned up a degree or two as it was cold unless you stayed underwater up to your shoulders constantly (quite impossible when you're being chucked about on the rapids), due to them being outside.
There is a pirate ship with slides and also a pool for very small children but there aren't many places to sit or attractions for adults- such as a jacuzzi, luckily we came at a quiet time, it must be difficult to move in peak times. The lazy river is too short in my opinion and the hydro features blasting in your face take away the relaxation element of it. It was good but I preferred Whinfells' pool and would like to try another CP such as Sherwood in the future.
