If you love salmon, this is the place to go! They’ve got cured gravlax, lox, pastrami lox and baked salmon. I went with lox one day and gravlax the other.
The consistency was perfect as was the level of toasting. Upon request of a amount lite cream cheese, they actually listened.
The real star of the show, however was the chocolate babka bread. I’ve never had anything so delicious.
The only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is that it’s a bit dirty. Trash was left on tables along with crumbs and the bathroom was pretty nasty. If you can get past that, the food is great.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful brunch here. We chose Knox based on a rec from Eater and it did not disappoint.
The menu had the basics but also had a some not-so-basics like a croque monsieur and the fantastic gravlax board I got. I was really impressed with the board by the way, as most places wouldn’t offer cured trout but they did, and did it well.
The service was outstanding and I would certainly go back!

I ended up here because I searched for salad or “healthy food” here in google maps. I was super excited about what it ended up being. The food is all super fresh. I got a giant salad with a good portion of chicken. It was exactly what I wanted! I also had to balance it out with a freshly baked cookie though. Everything was excellent!
