Horrible experience as a new member trying to join this location in newpark mall. We had signed up for their guest pass to checkout the gym and its equipment. They happily accepted our day pass request online. However on reaching the location, we were denied entry mentioning they dont accept the day pass. Not only did they ruin the experience, they also lost 2 new members for the rest of their business.
