Pains me to post this but I ordered oxtails and almost choked on a plastic wrapper in my food. I called the restaurant which is over 35 min away and explained she said ok come back with the food not eaten and we will refund or make you a new one. So now I have to take an hour out of my day and gas to go get the plate I should have received correctly cooked and free of plastics.
I cannot take an hour off from work I explained to go and do this. I can send you video and photos she said no I need the food. She said your food cannot be eaten so place it in the freezer until you can bring it. Not apologetic or anything… horrible and kind of disgusting.
Now out of lunch and $20 dollars
