i came here to read reviews after a very bad experience in their dubai mall branch and found similar reviews/experiences here. In my opinion their staff is rude .. in fact i was so shocked by their attitude. I couldnt believe that sales staff can be so impolite. I often go to many other brands for clothes shopping as dubai has very high standrad for customer care..and sales staff in dubai are so polite in every shop. Its first time i found staff showing rudeness as if they dont want us in shop. I have a whole story to tell if khaadi management wants to listen.. i have some suggestions also.
On positive side Clothes are very nice and prices are really good. Because of proper sequence of clothes its easy to find what you like. Hope khaadi improve this aspect of customer service also till that time one star.
