The store could use some improvement. Shelves are occasionally empty and disorganized. It can be hard to find en employee available to answer questions and help you find what you are looking for. If you go when they are busy you will have to wait in line for a while.

Excellent customer service. I was greeted by the cashier when I entered the building. I was asked by another employee if I needed any help finding anything. The store was clean and stocked. I didn’t have trouble finding what I was looking for. I didn’t have to wait in line very long. A far better experience than the last time I went to this Fanily Dollar.
