Have been a volunteer elsewhere in the past. This is a small shelter next to the Marine Mammel Rescue center. You can view and interact with the dogs in their kennels. The cats are in secured rooms for the staff and volunteers. The staff are friendly and helpful about the animals. They have a play yard between the kennels and a neighboring building.

Been several times. There aren't many Chinese food places left but they do it well. The wife prepares the orders and she is efficient and always nice. There are 3 tables so if you go during lunch hour you may be able to sit down.
