Cute and clean shop. I am however disappointed that I have to enter in my own order on a self serve tablet, process my own payment, pay for a little cardboard to go box and STILL be asked to TIP!! Ridiculous. The cupcakes are cute but not the best in town, especially after having to figure out the whole tablet order taking system to get 1 overpriced cupcake. This self order, self pay and TIP system is ridiculous and for this reason I am no longer shopping here. It is a luxury for customers now to buy expensive cupcakes as cost of living increases - this is not how I want to spend hard earned money having to do everything myself and being asked to tip. Please also take into account you must pay for parking to go to this location. I’d rather go to the grocery store bakery, at least there they will at least ring it up for me and not have the audacity to ask for a 20 percent tip. Tipping asking is out of control and Sprinkles doing it now is such a turn off for once loyal customers.
