If I could give less than 1 star I would. I received their bill for service 5/5/2022 and immediately called to request itemized bill with CPT codes (required by my Health Sharing Plan) It is now 8/4/2022 and despite my numerous calls, emails and more calls, I do not have the itemized bill that I need. Now they are sending me demand letters for non payment.
