If you're not up to farming, but into growing your own fruits and vegatables, Somerset Community Garden is the perfect place for you. I'm a NYC man, so up until a couple of years ago this was kind of foreign to me. I allowed mysel to be coaxed into helping her with the garden last year, then this year. As always, she was right about it being a great new thing for me. The setting is beautiful, a church that divided it's huge back area into 10x10 lots and rents them to people in the community for $20 for the season. My wife usually takes 3 and we grow many of the vegatables we eat during the spring-fall season. Here... I can show you better than I can tell you.
