The park is located in a natural valley where sides are beautifully designed to attract your attention when enrering the park.

There is a connecting tunnel for going from this park to Pardisan Park on the other side, which was closed with no explanation. Even a sign was put indicating opening times from 9 am to 9 pm.

Too many relogious symbols, and its steep sides are disadvantages compared to other parks in the area. It's ok but not special in any way.
Tehran Birds Garden
2023 Jan 26
Your visit will start under an absolutely huge cage where multiple bird species of birds live in flocks. Especially on weekdays, when it's calm and quiet, you can enjoy your time walking through birds and listening to the mesmerizing songs they play.

Then, you will walk through the tropical birds section where temperature and humidity are controlled to suit the types of birds that have been brought all the way from Africa and southern Asia. Parrots and peacocks are really astonishing there.

Finally, you will pass through prey birds. Ampurated, old, or injured, prey birds like agles, falcons, and vultures that cannot survive in nature are kept in large cages here. Some of them would heal to be taken back to the wild life where they belong, while others pass their last years of lives in birds garden. Quite amazing!

It's fantastic, well-constructed, and certainly amongst the greatest attractions of Tehran.
Goftogu Park

A well-designed park where you can either use its walking route or simply relax among its beautiful trees. Its biggest issue is polluted air, which is now the biggest issue of almost all neighborhoods of Tehran, especially when it's cold. The other issue is its accessibility. You can enter the patk unless you go through Gisha, where you must expect some traffic.
Tilit Restaurant

Dizi, this traditional Iranian food, comes in different and in some cases new formulas in Tilit restaurant. Having said that, traditional ones are more popular and its famous "professional" dizi is super delicious.

The restaurant itself is located in a very old neighborhood in bazaar and its architect has, pretty much successfully, tried to keep the sense of the old building.

The only problem is that its very crowded, especially on weekends. Sometimes you have to wait an hour before you can get a table.
Although it's widely known for winter sports, I specifically love it during summer when a cool breeze touches your skin and warm sun keeps your spirits high. Above all, it's absolutely quiet during warm season, even on weekends.
