My mother and I came on a Thursday about 5pm. It was not crowded. We were seated right away. The hostess was attentive and friendly. I have to say when the ownership changed years ago, the food went downhill. But I guess they changed the cook or something because the food this time was a beautiful surprise. Came out right away and delivered by the chef or line cook not sure but that was a nice touch. Food was flavorful and plentiful. I have no complaints about that.
The music was great. Felt relaxing and comfy while dining.

However the service was less than desirable. Our server Joe was not attentive at all. He came and greeted us right away with 2 glasses of water and asked do you need a few minutes. We said 2 minutes but asked for lemon for the water. 7 minutes later he is standing at the counter just looking around. I had to flag him down to say we are ready. After we ordered our food he left to make our drink. I guess he forgot the lemon. we had to ask another server. The drink was awful. I saw Joe looking at paper I guess to make it. Too much grenadine. He was not stingy with the tequila so I give him that credit. But it was not a well mixed drink. Tasted like sweet medicine.

We finished eating and we are just sitting. Joe was around but didn’t come back to check on us until we asked another server for take out trays. Once we packed up the food again we just sat. You would think he’d ask would you like anything else or if we were ready for the check. Nope I had to flag him down for the check.

This would have been a 5 star visit but the service was not good. My review is more like 3.5 but 1 star off for service and 1/2 star off for that drink.

But I will be back for more food.

Being from NY and now residing in NJ this is my 3rd time at the harbor. I chose red Redstone with the strong push from my partner who was with me and very hungry. Upon reviewing the menu after looking at many restaurants this was the one and we were not disappointed at all. The service from Walt and Joya at the bar was very attentive. The drinks were everything and the food was better than expected. No complaints. I would absolutely come back

I definitely recommend. We came at 2:30 on a Sunday for memorial weekend. The ambiance and views with the chill vibe is definitely a highlight.

What a beautiful, peaceful experience. This beach bar has a very cool, chill vibe. Food is good. We had the grilled whole snapper and the ribs. Everything was delicious. I do not like coleslaw but they make a carrot slaw that was omg so yummy. Drinks are good. Live band was great. The beach itself had calm waters. Leon greeted us as soon as we arrived. He explained the menu and the staff were very friendly and attentive. This was not my 1st time in Anguilla but my first time at this beach bar. It was great and I definitely recommend.

Came to DC for the memorial weekend. One stop on my many adventures between DC and MD was this restaurant. And I am glad I did. Me and my guest did not have a reservation so we opted to sit at the bar until a table was available. We came on a Saturday during brunch. The hostess was pleasant but Chad stole the show. His drinks were amazing. Mine was one he made up and it was sooooo good.

Food was fresh and served quickly. Flavors were also on point. Our server was friendly and had excellent oyster recommendations. Very good.

I definitely recommend and would come back.
