I ordered through their website and asked a friend to pick it up for me from their store in Manar Mall. The attendant asked my friend if it was paid for. Obviously it has been paid for as it was an online order. The staff needs training. I was told that she didn’t even look at the QR code to confirm the parcel. Anyway, customer service is bad. They will prioritize Arabic people in store.
PS, if you have sensitive skin and acne prone skin, don’t ever think about using their products as it would irritate your skin. I thought this would be a skin care investment but it made my skin worse and I’ve read other reviews as well. They all said the same thing. Never again.
