The place is gorgeous, the rooms, the spa, the experience is enchanting. However the hotel is not a 5 star hotel adept to international crowds, more with a focus on french locals; as the menu options are limited and the chefs are not as flexible as they should be, as they only serve the region's local recipes or their own presumptuous creations, and miss to fit menu options adept to everyones tastes and food preferences. I have never had this issue in another 5 star hotel other than here. Sometimes simple food fits all, my recommendation!
