Staff are ignorant of their own kingdom. I had to wait behind a nice man trying to help his minor daughter. He was given the run-around and told to go make photocopies down the street. Saudi Arabia is one of the richest kingdoms on the planet- that employee should have made the copies his damn self using consulate equipment!

According to the building security- the ambassador is never on site. This office needs to be closed, there is no way to schedule an appointment online nor in person.
