Very poor parking design, lack of accessibility. Tight spaces. Unpractical elevator system. They have simply achieved the worst parking that can be made. Well done.

Nice walkway with many stores and some department stores. Few options to have a meal and less options to sit and have a cup of a coffee. Opening hours is normal just like any other shopping places in Europe, no late hours.
The place could use a touch of life having coffeeshops at the sides. After all a nice place to hang out when in Rotterdam.
