Must have a free time to come here is usually wait even just take the number. No direction signboard to find department. Can't give a good solution / confirmation even after paid about tnb meter changed new. Staff just give answer case closed after make payment but " if any problem again tnb will send letter again" so that mean maybe will be the same happening even after paid & changed a NEW meter. People are No Protection from tnb
