Nice place to have your trailer if you like being near the beach. Very close walk to get to beach 1. Right across the street from Walmart, so getting groceries is also very convenient.

Had my wedding at Heintzman. Was a great small venue for our 110 guests. The bridal suite is stunning, we even did some photos in there. The house is able to accommodate 113 but it is tight, however doable. Our caterer was Food For Thought, which was 10/10 delicious. The staff at the City of Markham was very helpful during the wedding planning process, and always quick to respond to my hundreds of emails. I would definitely recommend this as a wedding venue for someone looking for a more intimate, classic feel.
