SIQ is a great place to learn Salsa. I just joined my second cycle. First, I had Sasha ( Sat 11am). She is great for beginners. She will slow it down for you. Now I am taking Sunday 11am ( beginners) with Tyrone. He is a great teacher. Take beginners few cycles before you move to the next level. They do have Salsa socials near by bars on 2nd & last Sunday of the month. I went to a few. Great way to try your moves. Don't be be intimidated. Some of them are really good. I am sure they started just like us beginners.
One of my favorites in NYC to do.
Very reasonable prices. Most expensive dish is $6. This time around, I eat Thai, Turkish, Tibetan, and Pakistani food.
