The 2-bed “loft” style dorm was air-conditioned but unbearably hot on the upper level. They allowed me to switch to a more traditional 2-bed dorm and while very small, it was great! The staff were fantastic, the place has tons of character, and the downstairs cafe is great. The only other “issue” is that not all showers have anything close to hot water. Once you figure out which ones do, you’re set.

Food? Well, it’s Starbucks so the food was overpriced and underwhelming, just as it is at every Starbucks worldwide. However, the service and coffee were great, seating options excellent, wifi easy to join, electrical points numerous and working, and the bathroom was fine (if smaller than most Starbucks).
