Staff need educating on what customer service is !! Absolutely disgraceful! The rudest people I have ever had the misfortune to encounter! Have been a customer of this establishment for many many years, and after my experience with them tonight I can honestly say ill never order from here again! Gone downhill is an understatement its completely crashed and burned ! And I will surely be telling everyone I know not to bother with this place

Customer service is abysmal! Such a shame as the food is good but I am now put off and would rather go elsewhere due to the service alone
