The Toronto Police Service is one of the very first organised professional police forces in North America. This museum helps to highlight its (at times) unsavoury past. Overall, however, the Toronto Police are a well organised and effective force. It is helpful to have exhibits like this to highlight the achievements and advancements of the force over the years. Many men and women work hard and are dedicated to protecting the city. And we should not judge a few bad actors as a representation of the entire force. Visit this museum and get a sense of the rich history behind this force.
Awesome facility. Very clean and bright. There is a fantastic food court on the second level with a hidden outdoor patio that sits just above Queen's Quay. Nice little spot. Highly recommended.
Dismal, dilapidated, and sketchy little park. Frequented by pot smoking homeless men. Fun to look at while waiting for the streetcar.
Lovely area to go for a adventure. Unique experance, lots of friendly people. Tons of fun, hands on physical contact sports. Scenic trails with unexpected encounters and surprises! What's not to love? Day or night this place is the place to be in the summer. More suited to experienced adult hikers who know how to handle hard trails through thick bush. There are hidden surprises that could impale unsuspecting and inexperienced visitors. The area is built on reclaimed land and low-quality fill was dumped here. Resulting in some tricky terrain. I would really discourage anyone under 18 from venturing on these trails. It's just not safe, way to many hazards, holes and other dangers
