I've always been enjoying shopping at Softmoc as it has a great collection and service. I've been visiting this store for a few times, those guys who worked there were great. But the last service that I received in this store from a middle-aged manager-like lady was very disappointing.
I purchased a pair of shoes online for my husband as a gift and I clicked "This is a gift" while checking out online. Somehow the website didn't send me the original invoice but only the gift invoice in the package. So when we went to the store asked for a return, the lady who processed our order had no clue how to make a refund based on a gift invoice, even when we showed her the proof of purchase on the phone. That was not a problem at all as we totally understood it was not a normal situation. The problem is this lady acted very rude. She tried very hard faking her lack of knowledge by blaming us for choosing "this is a gift" for several times, even after been told all the details. After waiting in the store and bearing her terrible temper for 40 mins, she finally figured out how to make a refund to us, and she didn't forget to blame us again.
Too bad it was supposed to be a nice store closed to home that we can come visit a lot. But because of this ridiculous lady, we won't return.

A hidden germ of Cantonese food! I didn’t expect much of it, but was amazed by its food after trying it. Great menus and flavours! The price is very reasonable, too. Will definitely dine there each time visiting London!Would recommend to all my friends.
We ordered five dishes while two of them were sold out. It’s kinda disappointing. Plus we don’t really know Mediterranean food well, most of the dishes we ordered were actually just sauce, but the server didn’t tell us about that. We waited for 20 mins for three sauces and an appetizer.
However the food itself is good. Well designed and yummy. Very oily for us, but it will be satisfying for someone who loves fat food. The desert is creative and the price is very fair. We really like the look of the restaurant as well, organic and fashionable. One fact we like the most is that the background music was not as loud as some other places, which made the conversations easier. The chief checked how was everything twice during the dinner. We can see that he was pretty confident of the food. We may go back and try some signature dishes one day. Hopefully they will not be sold out again.
