What a terrible store. I attempted to order music they didn't have but both times the order was never placed. Staff claimed no record of my request.
I emailed the company but, three years later, have not received a response. As well, staff, before the pandemic, seemed to change on an almost weekly basis. Since the pandemic the store had been open the width of a table allowing one shopper at a time. The few times I've been at the location I can see a single clerk standing behind the counter. This doesn't encourage loyalty or even another chance.
