I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. If you dial a wrong extension, the automated system disconnects you. They say on the auto message that they are experiencing a very low volume of business, which you would think would give them more time to answer the phone. I'm just trying to transfer my license and pay them $900, but if they don't want my money, I certainly am not going to force them.
