It's nice, quiet, partially fenced, quick access to the library, sports facilities and supermarket. Simple but fun. No Puffing Billy to wave at, but that can sometimes be a good thing if wanting a little quiet.

Great atmosphere, chilled place to socially be out having fun. One of the most fun skate parks I've been to as well - often traveled here from Hong Kong.
