This bank is just awful in customer service. Things that should be routine are so difficult here. In the last couple of months, I've had payments that I tried to make, transferred to someone else's account, I've had my online banking access taken away (though it's not very good in the first place), I've been told that I can't do anything about my CD account until the day it matures, which happened to be a Saturday they were closed of course. And through all these issues, every time I've called member services, all i get is the voicemail, yet no one calls me back. I've sent e-mails that the website says I should contact, yet no reply to those either.

My suggestion is just avoid this bank. Their rates are pretty good but it's not worth the hassle and poor service.
