I went to this dental office today. Firstly, I was late which is my fault. Long story short this was my first visit. I was emailed a copy of a CT Scan from a previous dentist I saw earlier this year. That was a so I thought this would have been good start . After filling out my paperwork I sat for at least half hour. Eventually after I had.enough of sitting I asked the receptionist when will I be seen she said in a few minutes. Then I was called in and I sat for another half-hour and a female dentist saw the CT scan and she hit the ceiling and she proceeded to tell me that l cannot be treated because the insurance will not pay again for another X-ray and she would not be treating me. ( her attitude was lousy and I became annoyed) I said that I was told that I would get my teeth cleaned and my fill-ins done. Needless to say that answer was no Any way I was told that even if I could be treated their one hygienist available to a cleaning and one other person to do a fill-ins. Made an another appointment but I will not go back there.
