I booked my dental appointment 2 days before for cleaning and polishing, I reached before time, and when I reached, I had to take another appointment. What are the benefits of booking an advance appointment?? That's okay, but after waiting for more than an hour, get to know the machine is not working, and I can't have my cleaning and polishing today, and they rescheduled my appointment. My question is why staff can not inform me when I arrive?? instead of information they were interested in taking the payment and they did and even when I asked the bill they refused to give and reply will provide after your treatment and when I come back to them that machine is not working and then they just handed over advance payment receipt. This is called BAD service they are not interested in service but collection money. If you guys are not able to maintain machines and equipment, what other we should expect from you frant staff should same on yourself and worst management of clinic. I will not recommend anyone this or any other clinic of Aster.
