Very safe, quiet and smoke-free. No smoking is allowed and combined with quiet and safety, this is one of the ideal living spaces in Lake Las Vegas. There are many different unit floorplans. The condominium has a beautiful pool and underground parking is available to owners. The condos are privately owned residents. The HOA and maintenance needs to do a better job in keeping the East Tower clean; the carpets in the halls are filthy.

This area appears to be nice and safe. A nice location. The eyeglass center and dental office are situated next door to each other. There is ample parking, some restaurants and some other businesses of service in the plaza.
