Be sure to take your worst shoes if you go there and it rained in any period of up to a week before (which is almost always). Most of the park will be dirty and some of the bridges are not even walkable. That’s why so many locals wear rubber boots
I visited their spot at the Christmas market. The halloumi box was descent. Unfortunately halloumi was not grilled enough and was just warmed up or something, so did not have any brown strips like I would expect. The hummus and aubergine salad (baba ghanoush) was good though. Their sauces were not special, just regular mass market ones
Nice market, most of the stalls are vegetables and fruit, they have a couple of meat stalls as well and a couple of bakery stalls. There is a stall with diary products (milk, soured cream) but no stalls with cheese when I visited. There only was a single stall with food to eat right away (grilled sausages and sausage rolls). There was a stall with nice smoked trout as well
Beautiful place - every direction you will look towards you will find amazing views and the history laid out in front of you
One of the best spots in Paris in my opinion and a must to visit. It’s very beautiful and well looked after. There are a lot of chairs and other places to seat all around the park. A great place for a picnic
