The atmosphere and service was good, but the food in general was okay-ish as opposed to the buzz created around this place.

Would recommend:

Chicken Roulade - A boneless chicken thigh dish with a stuffing of cheese and mince chicken with mushroom pepper sauce.

Would not recommend:
Smoked Chicken Risotto
Fettuccine Pasta in White sauce
Goat Cheese Gnocchi
Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli

I always visit this place on less crowded weekdays. Reservation is a must, particularly on weekends and all evenings due to the rush hour. It is better to push for it even if the cafe employees suggest that it is not needed❗

Most of the food options we picked out of the menu were quite good and would definitely recommend this place for that.

Would not recommend the Stewed Wontons, Punjabi Paneer Kurchan, and Pull Apart Garlic-Cheese Bread. Do not recommend sitting outside, the first floor is a much better option for seating.

I have visited three of their outlets in Mumbai (BKC, Powai, and Juhu). Powai seemed to be the better option in terms of service and quality of dishes. Do try their Fatar Baklava at least once and the Koshari as well as the different varieties of hummus available, particularly the Bayroute Special and Baharatli.

The Kebab Istanbul and Harissa Chicken are a 50-50 in turning out to be cooked well or dry.

A conventionally good looking food joint situated in a busy part of Kochi being empty during rush hours seemed pretty bonkers to me at first, until I ordered food from there. The Chicken Kuzhi Mandhi we ordered for the table didn't sit right with any of my friends (undercooked chicken is a health hazard). The staff seemed polite enough and the atmosphere is average.
