Raybies Flynn

This old building is very unique. The Rocking Stone Tower beside it also has an interesting history.
You get a great view of downtown Truckee from this site. Especially up in the Tower.
Beware of the dog poop on the otherwise prestine lawn! Though there is bag dispenser with poop bags on the lawn, it is still covered in pooch poo each time I visit the location.

This is a lovely, expansive cemetery. There is plenty of history here. It's a nice place to walk around. It's well maintained and always peaceful, with a variety of monuments.

A fun way to spend a few hours! There are live animals to view, even guinea pigs to pet. They have an impressive train set with information on the Transcontinental Railroad. There is also a lot of art on display. There is plenty to view and do, including the incredible views of the city from the hill.

I love this hole-in-the wall eatery! I absolutely love the teriyaki bowls, especially with chicken and brown rice. This time, I also ordered cheese puffs. I had enough for two meals. The staff is amiable and the place is clean. I want to try the sushi next time.

Half of the rifles don't work, but it's a neat little enclave. A cool photo opportunity.
