Atmosphere is for work, quiet and cozy, however the coffee in this store is not good, barista is not professional. I had coconut cappuccino, it was tasteless and watery

We like Voi normally and coming here all the time however this time it was very disappointing. The waiter doesn’t understand the order and brining everything one by one. We ordered drinks, he brought orange juice after the glass for it then filbert coffee, the food came after 30 min and the salad 40 min. We asked for one more filter coffee, he forgot and after he took our first cup and brought another one in stead of bringing just another one.

Ambiance is nice, however waiters don’t have sections, know the name of the menu items and confuse orders 🙈☕️
