This embassy needs to train their employees on how to speak to customers. They are so unprofessional on the phone and in person. I don't know if this is okay within the Congolese culture ( I really doubt it) but not okay in mine! Every time I call, they either don't pick up or they are rude on how they respond. Two weeks before the holidays, I called at 10:45 am and was transferred to a department but no one picked up. The voicemail was full; therefore, I couldn't leave a message. I was redirected back to the reception and the lady didn't even let me finish my sentence and just told me in a rude voice to call back later because no-one was there yet. How can a business voicemail be full? Shouldn't someone be checking it upon arrival? I will make sure to address my review directly to the person in charge.
