I have to admit that in the beginning the communication was a bit unclear. After I had spoken with David, I called and emailed a few times with some questions, but several times I had difficulty getting through. After finally checking the emails I found David's mobile number and using that I was able to get all my questions answered. I was very nervous because of how little time we had to get the Passport, but David calmly went through each of my questions and insured that I had the right answers. The couriers that he works with who accepted my submittal were also fantastic and helpful. Once I had the packet complete it took about 3 days total to get the renewed Passport back.

Just follow the checklist and if you have any questions make sure you call the mobile number to get your answers.
