Limited choice, very inflexible customer service.
I bought an expensive item at Marciano for my Wife's birthday. Due to some major life events i had to return it 1.5 months later - unworn, still packed and with invoice and tags.
Marciano staff only allows an exchange for something else (past 1 month), not a refund - even though the original item is still in sale and they can put it back on the rack.
Spoke to the manager and she didn't help with it. There were no other items that my wife would wear, and i spent 3 hours haggling and debating and finally i had to agree to get (something) to close this story. Hundreds of dollars wasted.
Folks, you are pretending to be a luxury store. But your return policy for new, unworn items is worse than Dollarama's. You lost a customer, and i will never come again.
