Asked support via email how to return a product which I picked up at the store. Got a fast response "no problem within 14 days". So I returned the product at the shop here in Salzburg - completly unused, in the original box and not a sign of even having it unboxed. However, the guy at the counter told me right away there will be at least a 5% deduction no matter what. After telling him that I don't think we are going to play this game and a short discussion (and when he saw the product is in mint condition), I got the full refund.

I'm aware that e-tec is not a full-service shop but I expect to get at least the minimum service within my customer rights. I research what I need an barely ever return products - if I have to, I don't want to argue as if I were 16 years old and have done something wrong.

Anyway, e-tec lost a loyal customer today. Amazon and co a re sooo much easier to deal with.
