Walked in and saw the screen that showed a 1.5 hour wait and turned to leave. As I was leaving, a stylist said "Oh no, it won't be 2 hours waiting; there's only 2 ahead so it will be like 30 minutes." I waited an hour as 6 people walked in and went ahead before I finally gave up and left. I don't understand why she felt the need to lie about the wait list. Thanks for wasting my afternoon!
