The saddest part about my experience with this company is that after my review, I received a canned response from the company that's not helpful since I have already contacted the Appeals Department prior to leaving the review.
I've contacted Appeals Department with all my proofs, also tried to communicate with them through BBB, they still told me to pay for the ticket.
It's ok for the officer to initially give out a ticket when the officer saw me leaving the lot as they are just doing their job; however, after I explained that I chose to enter the store from a different entry (did NOT go anywhere else while my car was parked there), they should admit that it's a false ticket and void it since I've provided all the proofs.
I will continue to update the review here when the company actually deals with this issue instead of leaving canned responses for our reviews.

I got a parking ticket from a McDonald's parking lot while eating in that McDonald's yesterday (Aug 17, 2023). I parked the car and went into the store from the main entrance (not the small entrance that's next to the parking lot) because my friend was waiting for me at that door. I tried to dispute the ticket with the Appeals Department and explained the situation, even attached my receipts. The Appeals Department replied and said as long as I left the parking lot I'd need to pay for the ticket.
I then explained that I actually walked straight into the restaurant and spent an hour in there with food and drinks from McDonald's while my car was parked there, but still need to pay for the ticket just because I went through a different door? They replied and insisted that I still needed to pay —- they didn’t care.
This is not the right thing to do to people in my opinion. Very unreasonable, I don’t know how they sleep at night. Scammers.
