I have been here several times over the past years and I have found the psychologist amazing however the person from concierge is absolutely atrocious. He is so rude and condescending (spoken to him more than once) and he often talks over you and if you say you don't understand something he just keeps explaining it the same way instead of tailoring his communication. Even when telling him I am just following up on what my GP said to do and also the receptionist, he told me they don't know what they're talking about and that I need to listen to him. Someone with that attitude should not be dealing with people with mental health issues. Dealing with mental health is hard enough without having someone talk down to you like that. Good way to make them feel even worse.

Went and got a full body massage today, the Balinese Secret Massage. It was absolutely amazing. It was $85 for one hour. The pressure was perfect and it was just fantastic. Staff are very professional and the place is stunning as well. Will definitely be going back.
