The 20 Grand is a new construction nightmare. The lack of staffing and property management is a renter nightmare. Fire Alarms going off!! Cheap low quality cabinetry and flooring, hazardous plumbing and electrical is a a true problem. The incomplete construction is a headache. The major problem is the disfunction of build management and maintenance. The building is managed like government housing, not a luxury rental. Expectations was high for such unfortunate results!
