As I advised one of your staff, patients like to know who is caring for them. I bekyrve all staff should introduce themselves when tgey encounter a patient and especially when they enter (or are in) a patient room. Finally —and this is not unique to your center —the first words patients hear at the desk is “what is the name?” This question makes me bristle. May I suggest “May I have your —YOUR — name please?” Or “Good morning/afternoon, my name is “Tammy or James” what is your name?” So try some new ways of hospitality, it could help
