I really wish I had read the reviews on this store first. I only hope this helps someone avoid the same terrible experience. I would not purchase from this store.
My elderly mother purchased a laziboy here, we had to ask for the "free table" valued at $299 that was advertised (looks like $30-40 mdf side table). We were assured delivery in 7-10 days at time of payment which was written on the sale and purchase agreement - twice, but in reality it was closer to 3 weeks. We then had to go collect the side table ourselves, from another store also. When questioning the store on the delay - my mother said she wouldn't have paid all that money in advance if she wasn't going to get it for 3 weeks, was rudely spoken to and told it wouldn't have been delivered if you didn't pay. I said to mum we wouldnt have purchased from them in that case.The arrogant lady on the phone wasn't interested since they already had their money.
